Hudson Yards is the largest real estate development in the history of the United States and the largest development in New York City since Rockefeller Center. The site will ultimately include more than 17 million square feet of commercial and residential space. Banker Steel is under contract to fabricate 24,000 tons for the platform that will support the commercial and residential buildings.
City Point is the largest and most visible mixed-use center in Downtown Brooklyn. When completed, the project will include retail, residential, and office components totaling 1.8 million square feet.
B2 is the first of three new residential towers envisioned to cradle the Barclays Center arena, and is part of the $4.9 billion, 22-acre Atlantic Yards project in Brooklyn. B2 will contain 350 units and at 32 stories will be the tallest modular building in the world.
