A luxury resort with casino, concert venue, and hotel, this 3,000,000 square foot structure includes a 23-story hotel with 308 rooms, 3,000-seat theater, 50,000 square feet of meeting space, and a parking garage for nearly 5,000 vehicles. Banker Steel delivered both steel fabrication and erection, partnering with a sub-erector, to meet an ambitious schedule. The project earned the 2017 ENR MidAtlantic Excellence in Safety Award of Merit.
