66 Hudson Topped Out

66 Hudson Boulevard, aka The Spiral, was topped out today. The supertall stands at 65 stories tall and 1,031 feet and features 31,500 tons of structural steel, all fabricated by Banker Steel Company and erected by NYC Constructors. Located in the Hudson Yards district of Midtown Manhattan, this beauty is so named because of the spiral design of the terraces that circle the exterior of the building. The building will include 2.85 million square feet of space. Designed by Bjarke Ingels Group, the developer is Tishman Speyer and the construction manager is Turner Construction Company.
