New Project Award: JFK Terminal One
January 4, 2023
As a part of the reimagining of the international passenger experience at JFK International Airport, the New Terminal One will be the largest square footage terminal in the United States with a total of 23 gates and 2.4 million square feet. Anchoring the south side of the airport, this privately funded endeavor will feature over 300,000 square feet of dining, retail, lounges and recreational space. Additionally, the new terminal is designed with indoor green spaces and sustainability features including a solar hot water system. Banker Steel will provide 33,000 of fabricated structural steel for the project.
