Banker Steel was recently awarded the new Terminal 6 at JFK International Airport. Set on the north side, this state-of-the-art terminal will be built on the sites of the former Terminal 6 as well as the aging Terminal 7, which are set to be demolished in 2025. This week we had the honor of celebrating the topping out of the beautiful One Madison Avenue. Known for its iconic clock tower, One Madison’s new 26-story tower rises from the limestone podium of the original structure. One Madison is located in one of Manhattan’s most dynamic neighborhoods, Midtown South, and upon completion in 2024 will boast 2 full garden floors, a new lobby and street entrance and world class amenities.
